Orders and Quotes

All orders begin with a quote request submitted by the customer. Prices are confirmed only after final design details, quantity, and specifications are approved. PSA Patches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Design Approval

A virtual mockup is provided before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the mockup carefully. Once approval is given, PSA Patches is not responsible for errors related to design, spelling, colors, or sizing.

Sample Policy

Physical samples are produced after mockup approval. The sample development time is 7–10 working days. Production will only begin after the sample is approved by the customer.

Production Time

Standard production time for all custom patches is 1–2 weeks after sample approval. Production timelines may vary depending on order size, design complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other reliable courier services. Shipping time depends on the destination and courier service selected. PSA Patches is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or factors beyond our control.

Payments

Full or partial payment may be required before sample creation or production begins. All payments must be made through approved payment methods provided by PSA Patches.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or refunds are not available once production has started. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, mockups, and content created by PSA Patches remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

PSA Patches shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

PSA Patches reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
