Order Processing

All orders are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once your design is approved and payment is confirmed, production begins. Production time may vary depending on the order size, patch type, and design complexity.

Delivery

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Estimated delivery times will be shared during the ordering process. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PSA Patches is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started or the design has been approved.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or an appropriate refund at our discretion.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations can only be requested before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, PSA Patches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
