Welcome to PSA Patches. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Custom Orders

  • All products offered by PSA Patches are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer.

  • Once the sample or design is approved, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

2. Order Process

  • Orders will only be processed once we receive 30% to 50% advance payment, depending on the agreement.

  • Production time is typically 7 to 14 business days after sample approval.

  • Final payment must be completed before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change based on design complexity, quantity, and customization.

  • Payment must be made through approved methods (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Western Union).

  • A processing fee (3% to 7%) may apply depending on the payment method.

  • Customers are responsible for any transaction charges during payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to the USA and Europe.

  • Shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • PSA Patches is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once production has started.

  • If an order is canceled before production, a partial refund may be issued after deducting processing or administrative fees.

  • If an error is made on our part, we will offer a remake or store credit.

6. Product Approval

  • Customers receive photos and videos of the final product before dispatch for approval.

  • Once approved, no complaints will be entertained regarding design, color, or size.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted to PSA Patches.

  • PSA Patches is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues related to custom designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PSA Patches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, lost shipments, or use of our products.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdictions in which we operate.
