Payment Policy

At PSA Patches, we aim to maintain a secure, clear, and customer-friendly payment process. Please review the following terms regarding how payments are handled for all orders.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Cards (via secure payment gateway)
  • Payoneer
  • Western Union / MoneyGram (for selected international clients)

Detailed payment instructions are provided after order confirmation.

2. Advance Payment Requirement

  • All custom patch orders require an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total amount.

  • The exact percentage depends on the order size, design complexity, and agreement with the client.

  • The remaining balance is payable before final delivery or dispatch.

3. Processing Fee

  • A processing fee between 3% and 7% may apply, especially on payments made through PayPal, credit/debit cards, or international transfers.

  • This fee will be clearly mentioned during order confirmation and included in your final invoice.

4. Currency & Transaction Charges

  • We accept payments in USD, EUR, or GBP, depending on the customer's location.

  • All transaction or transfer charges must be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • Customers must share proof of payment (screenshot, receipt, or transaction ID) via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin the production process and keep the customer updated on order progress.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • As all orders are custom-made, refunds are not provided after production has started.

  • If an order is canceled before production begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any processing or administrative charges.

  • In the rare case of an error caused by our team, we offer to remake the item or provide store credit.

7. Privacy & Security

  • All payment information is kept confidential and secure.

  • PSA Patches does not store or share sensitive payment details under any circumstances.
