1. Order Processing & Production Time

All orders at PSA Patches are customized and made-to-order.

  • Production Time: 7 to 14 business days after the client approves the sample.

  • Production time may vary based on order quantity and complexity.

  • Note: Sundays are non-working days, and orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship orders to customers located within the USA and Europe using reliable courier services including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Courier Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (after dispatch).

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number provided by the courier.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are based on the quantity and size of the order.

  • Small Orders: Shipping charges may apply.

  • Bulk Orders: We typically offer free shipping for orders with a good number of patches or items.


4. Delivery Delays

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated production timeframe (7 to 14 business days).

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • PSA Patches is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility.


5. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or preferred communication channel once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can monitor their shipment through the courier's tracking system.


6. Quality Approval Before Dispatch

  • To ensure satisfaction, we provide photos and videos of the finished product before dispatch.

  • Final approval from the customer is required prior to shipping.


7. Address Changes

  • Customers can request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched.

  • Any additional shipping charges due to address changes may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Since we provide final visuals before dispatch and use reliable courier partners, we ensure every effort to deliver items safely.

  • In the rare event of a damaged or lost parcel during shipping, please contact the courier service directly using the tracking number provided.
